Our comfort tech's will service your AC in the summer and return in the fall for your furnace. As a Preferred Plan member you receive a 10% discount on any service or parts you purchase and if you ever need emergency service, you pay regular rates, not overtime rates. FURNACE MAINTENANCE
  1. Check electrical connections
  2. Check voltage & amp draw
  3. Check operating pressures
  4. Inspect & blow out drain if needed
  5. Check condensate pump if needed
  6. Check system operation
  7. Normal cleaning of condenser
  8. Includes 1 lb. of freon if needed
  9. Shut off humidifier for season

  1. Clean pilot assembly & check sensor
  2. Adjust burners for maximum efficiency
  3. Visually inspect heat exchanger
  4. Check drain hoses if needed
  5. Check condensate pump if needed
  6. Inspect ignition system
  7. Check temperature rise
  8. Check volts & amp draws
  9. Check electrical connections
  10. Check furnace venting
  11. Perform Carbon Monoxide test
  12. Turn on humidifier for winter

VALUE PLAN
Two visits annually
Includes all of the following
  • One furnace tune up which includes a 12-point system and operation check of the unit with free carbon monoxide safety test.
  • One A/C tune up which includes a 12-point system and operation check of the unit plus 1lb. of Freon at no additional charge if needed.
  • 10% discount on any additional service calls, parts and labor.
  • Priority scheduling during busy season.
  • Plan is in effect for one year from the date of signing.

12 Months of Comfort
Starting at only $179 per Complete System (1 Furnace & 1 AC)

Services will be performed on an agreed upon date during the Heating & Cooling Seasons not necessarily at the beginning of Spring & Fall.
