Got Daikin Equipment? We Service It.

Daikin furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and mini-splits. Repairs, tune-ups and replacements.

R&L is a Daikin Comfort Pro dealer. Our techs train with Daikin certified instructors at Daikin's training center in Livonia. This is equipment we work on every week.

Installed by another company? Call us anyway. We work on any Daikin, no matter who put it in. We look up your warranty before any work starts, so you know what's covered.

Have this ready when you call:

• Model and serial number. On the label on the unit.
• Roughly when it was installed.
• What it's doing. Not heating, short cycling, making noise, error code on the display.

What Ann Arbor Homes Throw at Us

Ann Arbor has a little of everything. Each kind of house has its own problems.

• Older homes near downtown. A lot of these were built for boilers or gravity heat. Ducts got added later, or never. Upstairs runs hot all summer. A ductless mini-split cools those rooms without tearing into plaster.
• 60s and 70s houses further out. Original ductwork, sized for heat, now pushing central air it was never built for. Before we swap a furnace or AC, we check the ducts can actually handle the new one.
• Rentals. Plenty of them. We work with landlords and property managers. When the heat goes out, we get it fixed and keep the tenant in the loop.
• Heat pumps. A lot of Ann Arbor homeowners are asking about them. We'll tell you straight whether one makes sense for your house, and what backup heat you'd want for January.
